West Racine is a great place to live and work, and it will be an even better place to visit in 2010! With growth and enhancement in mind, the West Racine Business Improvement District has set major objectives for 2010:

• Implement a West Racine marketing plan to promote new development and increase the value of existing property.


• Initiate plans for signage, a flower/planting program, holiday lighting, and directional signage.


• Partner with the City of Racine to stimulate financing for District improvements.


• Support commercial building development and redevelopment.

West Racine will continue to develop new shopping and dining opportunities while retaining the nostalgic character of the District.
